Troubleshooting

If Kleki only shows a loading message, try a hard reload.

SystemBrowserShortcut
Windows / LinuxChrome, Edge, FirefoxCtrl + Shift + R or Ctrl + F5
Windows / LinuxOperaCtrl + Shift + R
macOSChrome, Edge, Firefox, OperaCmd + Shift + R
macOSSafariCmd + Option + R

Try these steps:

  1. Do a hard reload.
  2. Close the tab, clear the browser cache for kleki.com, and open Kleki again.
  3. Update your browser.
  4. Try again later in case a deployment or service issue is temporary.

If none of those steps work, send an email to the address on this page.

Browser memory-saving features can unload inactive tabs. In Chrome, search settings for memory saver and add https://kleki.com as a site that should stay active.

Make sure your device has enough disk space and your browser is allowed to download files. Managed devices may block downloads.
